More than twenty-five years of practice in trial and appellate courts, on behalf of businesses, property owners, and families.

Pete Yarbro has practiced law since 1999, representing clients in the Indiana trial and appellate courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before founding Yarbro Law Firm, LLC, he was a partner at established general-practice and litigation firms, where he handled a broad range of business, real estate, estate, and criminal matters.

Hiring a solo practitioner is a deliberate choice. Clients work with one attorney who knows every fact of the matter, communicates directly, and is personally accountable for the result. Fees and strategy are discussed candidly at the outset, and clients are kept informed as a matter of course — not on request.

Pete serves as appointed counsel on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and has briefed and argued appeals in the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit.
